Street Fighter's Vega

The first boss character from Street Fighter I've done, it's Vega (or Balrog for all of you Japanese SF fans)! Even though I've never touched Vega during fights (I've heard he's borderline garbage in SFIV), I've always been intrigued by his character. Back when SF2 came out, I always found myself a bit spooked by him. Could be the mask. Or the claw. Or the narcissism, but he's definitely one of the more visually interesting characters SF has to offer.
