Bringing forth a darker version of ice, it's 
's OC, Zoey!
Despite her best intention, Snow eventually lost the gem containing the Ice Demon. When a chemical engineer found the gem, she was quickly overpowered by the demon due to it's immense rage from being trapped for so long. Now the Ice Savant, Zoey re-named herself to "Zoey Rogen" and used her knowledge of chemicals, especially liquid nitrogen to enhance her ice powers to a previously unseen level which she dubbed "Black Ice". With the demon in her mind constantly shouting about wanting revenge against Snow, Zoey's own mind has been twisted into wanting it and she plans to do everything she can to ruin her rival's life before taking it.

I LOVE how this character came out. The face screams evil and sadistic to me due to the pouting lips and yellow eyes. They, along with the dress and her general demean help give a sexy but dangerous/black widow vibe. I also think, due to the way you've coloured her, she also has a slightly cold looking appearance.
Speaking of cold, I also love how the ice looks. Both the overall moment of the ice and the way it's moved, as well as the individual shards look amazing and give her ice a very different feel and look than Snow's which is what I wanted from the character.
