Description
In a similar fashion to Kyoryuger, I like the idea of having additional rangers helping out as the Ocean Rangers search for Atlantis. Ocean Orange is a researcher from the north and is the first additonal ranger to offer his assistance to the rangers. Having been a friend of Yellow and Green's parents, he is familiar with the situation of finding Atlantis and brings forth the Orange Walrus powers.
He also teaches the rangers how to control different aspects of the sea and grants them the ability to control ice and the use of the Walrus mecha.

I have to admit, I agree with DemitriVladMaximov about the design being more snake like than walrus, especially with the eyes at the top. Still I think the overall design is good (the world needs more Orange Rangers 
). I'm curious to know about his fighting style and/or weapon of choice. The build you gave him gives me the vision of a strong, hand to hand style brawler character (plus walruses are quite weighty), although I am wondering if maybe he'd have some kind of claw weapon. Either way great job as always
